SECTION I: Page J-24 of the County's 197E Zoning Map (Orad. No. 73-93) is
amended by re-zoning the land in the above area shown shaded an the map(s) attached
hereto and incorporated herein'(see also Community Development Department File No.
FROM: Land Use District P-1 { Planned Unit Development )
TO: Land Use District P-1 { Planned Unit Development }
and the Community Development Director shad change the Zoning Map accordingly,
pursuant to Ordinance Code Sec. 34.2.003.
