AN ORDINANCE OF. THE BETHEL ISLAND FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT AMENDING DAY CARE
AND PRIVATE SCHOOL INSPECTION FEES
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as and constituting the
Board of Directors of the Bethel Island Fire Protection District, ordains
as follows:
Section 1 . Pages 5 and 6 of Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 87-38 regarding
inspection fees for Day Care and School (Private) are amended as follows:

SECTION 2 . EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after
passage, and within 15 days of passage shall be published once with the
names of the Directors voting for and against it in the Antioch Daily
Ledger, a newspaper published in this County and circulated in the
District.
