(Supervisorial Re-Districting)
THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ORDAINS as follows
(omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the official text as
enacted or amended provisions of the County Ordinance Code) :
SECTION I . SUMMARY. This ordinance amends the Contra Costa
Ordinance Code to revise the supervisorial boundaries in the West
Pittsburg area to coincide with the boundaries of the East County
Regional Planning Commission Area.
SECTION II . Section 24-2. 210 of the County Ordinance is amended
to read•
24-2 . 210 District IV. Supervisorial District
IV comprises these census tracts :
Whole Census Tracts:
CTs 3150. 99, 3212 through` 3372, 3381.
Partial Census Tracts:
CT 3142 Assessor' s Parcel Numbers
099-020-001 through 099-020-999, 099-030-007,
099-030-010, 099-030-014 , 099-050-001 through
099-070-999, 099-090-008, 099-090-009,
099-090-041 through 099-090-043 .
CT 3150 - The entire tract with the
exception of the portion described in
Supervisorial District V below. ':
CT 3211. 02 - The' part inside Pleasant
Hill city limits as of January 1, 1980, and
block group 1 outside the city limits, and the
portion of block 204 outside of the City of
Martinez, east of High Street.
CT 3373 - That part inside the City of
Concord as of January 1, 1980.
CT 3382. 01 - That part inside the City of
Concord as of January 1, 1980.
CT 3470 - That part within the City of
Pleasant Hill and blocks 103 through 105, 111
through 113 and 120, and Assess'or' s Parcel
Numbers 167-340-001 through 167-340-999 ,
167-350-001 through 167-350-999 , 167-360-002,
365-170-017 through 365-170-019 , 365-240-001
through 365-240-999 , 365-391-001 through
365-391-017, 365-392-001 through 365-392-003
and 365-160-004 .

SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective 30
days after passage, and within 15 days of passage shall be
published once with the names of the supervisors voting for and
against it in the Contra Costa Times , a newspaper
published in this County.
