ORDINANCE NO. 86 - 3
(Risk Manager - Exempt)
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as
follows (omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the
official text of the enacted or amended provisions of the
County Ordinance Code) :
_ SECTION I : SUMMARY. This ordinance amends Section 33-5. 377
of the County Ordinance Code to excluded the class of Risk
Manager - Exempt from the Merit System.
SECTION II : Section 33-5. 377 is added to the County
Ordinance Code to read:
33-5 . 377. Risk Manager - Exempt. The Risk
Manager-Exempt is excluded and is appointed by the
County Administrator. (Ord. 86- 3 )
SECTION III : EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes
effective 30 days after passage, and within 15 days of
passage shall be published once with the names of the
supervisovoting for and against it in the
Martinez Yews Gazette
a newspaper published in
this County.
PASSED ON January 14 , 1986 by the following vote:
AYES: Super visors Fandcn, Schroder , McPeak, Torlakson, Powers .
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: Nome .
