HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCES - 11081983 - 83-60 -, ORDINANCE NO. 83- 60 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 79-105 OF THE CONTRA COSTA - COUNTY FLOCS CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT RELATING TO DRAINAGE FEES WITHIN CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FLOOD CC1NTROL DISTRICT DRAINAGE AREA 44B The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County as the governing board of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District does ordain as follows: SECTION I. Section VIII of Ordinance 79-105 is amended to read as follows: "Section VIII. The fee imposed hereunder .shall be $73,700 per acre." SECTION II. EFFDCTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage and within 15 days of passage shall be published once with the names of the Supervisors voting for and against it in the CC%NTRA COSTA TIMES, a newspaper published in this County. PASSED AND ADOPTED on Nov. 8. 1983 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors — Pourers; Fanden, Mcpeak, Torlakson, Schroder, NCES: Supervisors — None. ABSENT: Supervisors - Vone. ATTEST: J.R.
