The Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, does ordain as follows: SECTION I. The Zoning Ordinance of the County of Contra Costa is hereby amended by the addition of the hereinafter described zoning map. This map is added for the purpose of rezoning the territory shown thereon and does not change the zoning or the land use regulations for any other territory. The said map includes a portion of the territory shown on the map entitled "The Districts Map for the Sobrante Area, Contra Costa County, California, Insert Map No. 3". SECTION II. Section 3A of Ordinance No. 382 of the County of Contra Costa is hereby amended by the addition of a Subsection 532 at the and thereof as follows: Subsection 532. An amendment for a portion of the Districts Map for the Sobrante Area, Contra Costa County, California, Insert Map No. 3. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the 8th day of January, 1965, and the same shall be published once before the expiration of fifteen days after its passage and adoption with the names of the members voting for j j and against the same in "E1 Sobrante Herald Bee Press", a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the County of Contra Costa. The Board of Supervisors of Contra'`Costa County do ordain as follows: SECTION I. So much of Section' II of Ordinance.525,"oonsisting of, a map entitled "Precise Airport Plan for. Contra Costa County, California" is amended to delete the follow ing`described Class I airports': ' (a) The proposed designation located at the map designation Moraga. (b) The existing designation located north of map designation Walnut Creek and south of the Class VI airport designation at Concord. (c) The proposed designation located at San Ramon immediately above the quadrangle designation Pleasanton. SECTION II. Section Il of Ordinance 525 is amended by adding a helistop facility at the location shown on the attached map entitled "An Amendment of the Precise Airport Plan for Contra Costa County, California'. Ordinance 525 is amended to permit installation of said helistop according to the following provisions and limitations: (a) This facility shall be used by helicopters (rotor aircraft) only, as ,a stop to enplane and deplane passengers and/or freight and shall not provide extended helicopter parking or service facilities. (b) The site shall be developed substantially in accordance with drawings filed with the Planning Department on December 23, 1964- (a) This permit is limited to San Francisco and Oakland Helicopter Airlines, Inc., and is not transferable. (d) Adequate surfaced off-street parking shall be provided so that users of the helistop service will not be required to park vehicles on public or private streets. i (e) If the flight pattern established by the appropriate federal and state authorities is substantially changed, this permit shall be subject to review by the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors and may be subject to modification, imposition of additional provisions or repeal. SECTION III. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinanoe shall become effective 30 days after passage, and within 15 days of passage shall be published once with the names of Supervisors voting for and against it in the "LAFAYETTE SUN", a newspaper published in this County. The Zoning Ordinance of the County of Contra Costa is hereby amended by the addition of the hereinafter described zoning map. This map is added for the purpose of rezoning the territory shown thereon and does not change the zoning or the land use regula- tions for any other territory. The said map includes a portion of the territory shown on the map entitled "Byron Division, Sector 2, Contra Costa County, California". t SECTION II.
