(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The Offer of Dedication for Landscape Easement is required for maintenance of the landscape improvements at the north and south end of Elan Lane. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The landscape improvements will not be accepted for public maintenance. Continued on Attachment: SIGNATURE.
