In 2007, it was reconstituted to comprise 14 seats and was charged with providing a forum for communication about the implementation of the Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness, and providing advice and input on the operations of the homeless services, program operations, and program development efforts in Contra Costa County. The IOC reviews nominations to all seats on the Advisory Board, with the exception of the Mayor's Conference seat. Seat terms of office are two years. The IOC, on October 13, 2008, reviewed and approved the nominations of Mr. Kalinowski and Rev. Eason.
