BACKGROUND
The contract with Hunter Research, Inc. provides continuity for the strategic plan developed by the
Automated Regional Information Exchange System(ARIES) Operations Committee and adopted by the
County Justice Automation Advisory Committee (JAAC) for countywide justice and law enforcement
systems integration and information sharing.
This amendment is required due to a workload that overextended the payment limit of the contract. This
amendment to the FY 07/08 contract has no impact on the already approved and executed contract for FY
08/09.
