In reviewing the organizational needs of the Ambulatory Care Division/Appointment unit, the department determined that canceling and adding the above-mentioned positions would best service the unit's needs at this time. The.added Health Services Appointment Systems Coordinator will report to the Ambulatory Care Division Administrator and will be responsible for managing the Epic Automated Appointment Scheduling systems, of clinic schedules, and generating daily patient rosters for physicians.
