(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The developer was required to widen Bixler Road and construct a new access road. The'construction of the roadway improvements along Bixler Road and the access road(Learning Lane) requires Dedication of Right of Way to the County for Roadway Purposes. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes will not be recorded.
