BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The warranty/maintenance period has not been completed and the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) has expired. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement(Right-of-Way Landscaping)guaranteeing completion of the improvements will not be renewed.
