FISCAL IMPACT: This position is 100% funded by State and Federal Funds. There is no net County cost. BACKGROUND: The Workforce Services Bureau has undergone a reorganization that caused staff to analyze the efficiency of the Bureau and the Management System Special Projects unit. The Workforce Services Specialist is needed to perform research and complete special projects for the Bureau. This position will work directly with the Workforce Services Director and the Division Manager for the Management System Special Projects unit analyzing and tracking operational approaches and program services designed to increase Work Participation Rate (WPR), and the State's Pay-for-Performance outcomes.
