This action will result in no net County cost- BACKGROUND: The Building Inspection Department recently entered into a contract with the City of Concord to administer the city's Neighborhood Preservation program. To effectively provide the services that this contract mandates, the Building Inspection Department is requesting the addition of these two positions. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this request is not approved, the Department will not be able be able to effectively provide the services mandated by the contract with the City of Concord.
