(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The developer has not completed the warranty/maintenance period and the Subdivision Agreement(Right-of-Way Landscaping) has expired. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement(Right-of-Way Landscaping)guaranteeing completion of the improvements will not be renewed.
