FISCAL INIPACr: This Contract is funded 100%by Contra Costa Health Plan member premiums. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): Contra Costa Health .Plan is required by law to credential and re-credential its healthcare providers. Mcdversant's Encompass software will provide a web-based, online credentialing and re-credentialing service for County's use. Under Contract 427-700, Contractor will install, configure, maintain, and license its Encompass software to perform credentialing services for Contra Costa Health Plan providers, through December 31, 2010.
