HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02262008 - C.75 TO: BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Contra FROM: William Walker, M.D., Health Services Director By: Jacqueline Pigg, Contracts Administrator ��';, -�x� ' Costa DATE: February 11, 2008 ° r � County SUBJECT: Approval of Contract #27-558-6 with Compass Marketing, LLC SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Patricia Tanquary) to execute on behalf of the County, Contract #27-558-6 with Compass Marketing, LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation, in an amount not to exceed $95,000, to provide professional printing and report writing services for the Contra Costa Health Plan, for the period from March 1, 2008 through February 28, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded in the Department's Budget by Contra Costa Health Plan (Health Plan) member premiums. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): In April 2007, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #27-558-5 with Compass Marketing, LLC, for the period from March 1, 2007 through February 28, 2008, for professional printing and report writing services for the Contra Costa Health Plan. Approval of Contract 427-558-6 will allow the Contractor to continue providing services through February 28, 2009.
