(Budgeted, 100% State funds) (All Districts) FISCAL IMPACT: Funding currently reflected in the Department's FY 2007-08 budget and will be included in the FY 2008-09 budget. No County costs. These outcomes are achieved by offering comprehensive services, including high quality early childhood education, nutrition, and health services to low- income children throughout Contra Costa County. BACKGROUND: On February 8, 2008 the Employment & Human Services Department received the agreement from the State.
