In an effort to perform its function more effectively and efficiently,the number of CAO job classifications are bring reduced, the positions retitled and reallocated on the salary schedule. This action retitles two classifications, which will establishes a class structure that is more easily administered and is comparable to classification structures utilized within the County Administrator/Executive Office in other California counties. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Should this request not be granted, the positions will be improperly classified. Place employee#61332 and#60541 at Step 7, place employee#51869 and #66093 at Step 6, and place.employee#72678 at Step 2 on the new salary range.
