1) As stated in the attached claim, claimant's cause of action occurred on or about

January 21, 2008.

2) The time for presentation of such claim under Government Code Section 911.2

expired on or about July 21, 2008.

3) The reason for the failure to present such claim within the time provided in

Government Code Section 911.2 was as follows:

Claimant is a minor, born on February 14, 2003, and was unable to consult with

counsel and determine her legal rights until August of 2008.
