FOR HIS 22 YEARS OF SERVICE
TO THE CITY OF CLAYTON
WHEREAS, Gregg.Manning has been elected to the Clayton City Council for the past twenty-wo
consecutive years, serving from 1986 through 2008; and .
WHEREAS, during Gregg's five and one-half terms as a Clayton Council Member, significant
improvements and civic ameniti�e,s 'Have,b e added to-:Clayton,
in the Oakhurst Country
Club and Golf Course,,new"'streets, xoad"and^signage' improvements, several community parks,
Diablo View Middle School; theClayton Community Library, the renovation of the historic

Gymnasium, Black Diamond Plaza, and The Grove Park in thehistoric downtown;and

FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY OF CLAYTON
WHEREAS, Bill Walcutt was elected to the Clayton City Council for three terms, serving from 1990
through 1993 and 2000 through 2008; and
WHEREAS, during Bill's three terms as a Claytori Council Membet;;significant improvements and civic
amenities were added �to Clayton, including the C)akhurst Country _Club and Golf Course, new
