In May, the Committee composition was reduced from 13 categorical seats to 9 At Large seats: three representing mobile park owners and managers, three representing mobile home tenants, and 3 members representing the general public. Terms are for four years. The Internal Operations Committee reviews nominations for all seats. The Internal Operations Committee at its December 8t" meeting reviewed and approved the nomination and proffers its recommendation to the Board for appointment. At their November 20, 2008 meeting, the Mobile Home Advisory Committee voted to recommend to you that Mr. Larry Prosper be appointed to the Committee as an At-Large member. Mr. Prosper has attended Committee meetings and participates in many discussions. The Committee feels he would be a valuable asset as a member.
