The project at Location 2 consists of extending guardrail number 17 by 100 feet. Location 1 (0.2 miles west of Morgan Territory Road), and Location 2 (3.85 miles east of Morgan Territory Road) represented opportunities to improve the safety of motorists along Marsh Creek Road. Due to the high traffic volumes and windy alignment on Marsh Creek Road, opportunities for improved safety are a priority.
