RE-APPOINT Supervisor Federal D. Glover as the County's representative and Supervisor John Gioia as the County's alternate representative to the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) Board of Directors for the period November 15, 2007 through November 14, 2008. 2. -UPDATE the roster for Board Committee Appointments to reflect the re-appointments. Thus, it is important that we appoint a board representative at this first meeting. The new Board of Directors will meet at the annual conference, first by caucus(urban, suburban and rural) to nominate CSAC officers and Executive Committee members,and again as a full Board to elect the 2008 Executive Committee and to conduct other business. Under the CSAC Constitution, Executive Committee members are elected from the membership of the Board of Directors. In the interest of maintaining continuity in County representation on current issues, I make the preceding nominations for re-appointment.
