This advisory body makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on the distribution of funding and performance of Community Services Block Grants and Weatherization Program services, the selection of the Community Services Director, and advises on the administration of the Community Action Program. Appointments are for two year terms beginning on July 1 and ending on June 30. Representatives, except for Board of Supervisor members who choose to personally serve on the EOC, are limited to a maximum of three consecutive full terms. However, appointments to partial terms do not count toward the limit.
