FISCAL IMPACT: The Pinole Redevelopment Agency will pay the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) $55,160.00 for the above real property rights upon consummation of the sale. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS AND BACKGROUND: The project consists of the sale of approximately 3,940 square feet of District owned property to the Pinole Redevelopment Agency. The property is located north of Pinole Creek and east of Henry Avenue. The District no longer needs this property and wishes to sell it as surplus property to the Pinole Redevelopment Agency. In October of 2005 General Plan Conformance was obtained from the City of Pinole.
