The time between steps shall be as follows: 6 months between Step 1 and 2. The time between Step 2 and Step 3 shall be 12 months. The time between Step 3 and Step 4 shall be 12 months. The time between Step 4 and Step 5 shall be 12 months. The time between Step 5 and Step 6 shall be 18 months.
