RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution INumber 20191 adding one (1) permanent full-time Building
Inspector I (FAWB) position. (Represented)
FISCAL IMPACT:
Upon approval, this action will result in an annual cost of $102,000.00. This position is funded
through mitigation fees from the North Richmond Landfill.

BACKGROUND:

The Department is requesting this additional position in order to provide code enforcement services
within unincorporated areas of North Richmond and portions of the City of Richmond.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE.ACTION:

The consequence of negative action .will result in Department's inability to provide efficient code
enforcement services.
