BACKGROUND: The Contra Costa Multimedia Expansion Project brings together the Contra Costa Community College District (CCCCD) with industry partners, the Contra Costa Small Business .Development Center, an agency of the Workforce Development Board, as well as the ROP and Contra Costa County Office of Education to leverage a variety of resources to meet the needs of Contra Costa County Business and industry, with a focus on addressing the needs of small business. 29-245-0
