Whereas, Bev Ware lived in Richmond for decades; and Whereas, Bev Ware ran the West County Volunteer and Emergency Services Department for Contra Costa County from 1,989 until 2007 The Department works with community organizations, churches, and other government agencies2_ help low,urcomez�people who have nowhere else to turn; and r Whereas,As Director of the Emergency Se.rvrces'Department,Bev Waxe treated,member organizations as well as clients with dignity,.respecti and partnerslup,bel e'v'ng"irr the power of teamwork; and ....
