RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt position adjustment Resolution#20436 to cancel Deputy County Administrator position#0277 and add one(1) Management Analyst III
position.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Upon approval,this action will result in an annual cost savings of-$48,000.00 to the General Fund—Cost Savings.
BACKGROUND:
The County Administrator's Office has recently reorganized. The Division is requesting to cancel a Deputy level position and add a
Management Analyst II I position.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this request is not approved,the Division will be understaffed and unable to provide the professional level of support.

Justification:
• As a result of retirement and recent reorganization the Division is requesting to cancel at Deputy County
Administrator level and add at Management Analyst III.
