(District 1) FISCAI., IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMINIENDATION(S): Project consists of both public and private improvements,which have been completed. Per the 2007/545 resolution the entire bond was to be retained for the warranty period. The value of public improvements is small relative to the total value of the project and the warranty period can be covered by a cash bond alone. The performance bond may be released at this time. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The perforniance bond will not be released.
