RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution Number 20116, INCREASING the hours of Mental Health Clinical Specialist
(VQSB) position #9476 [Represented] from Permanent Intermittent to Permanent Full-Time (40/40).

FISCAL IMPACT:
I
Upon approval,this action will result in an annual cost of$43,907.28. The position is funded 100%through a contract with Employment
and Human Services Division.
BACKGROUND:
The Health Services Department has requested the increase in hours for this position due to an increase in services that are provided
to clients of Children and Family Services (CFS). The Department feels that the workload for this position warrants an increase in
hours.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this request is not approved, it will affect the ability of the Mental Health Division to provide mental health related services
to clients of Children and Family Services.
