FINANCIAL IMPACT: The financial impact of this board order recognizes additional claimed expenses drawn against the Aging and Adult revenues. The County share will come from Adult and Aging reallocated revenues. BACKGROUND: The Departn'Jent requests that one (l) Information Systems Specialist position be assigned to EHSD Administrative Services to be stationed at EHSD Adult and Aging Bureau. This position is operationally necessary for technical support to current and future automated programs and to insure that mandated federal and State reporting functions and requirements are met. This staff position will ensure that the Department continues to meet deadlines and fully supports the Adult and Aging Bureau in providing services for the Contra Costa County adult and aging population. . CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Non-approval of these actions would cause serious impact to program administration in serving the clients and community.
