BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The General Services Department has amended Exhibit A to its conflict of interest code and submitted the amendment to the Board for approval pursuant to Government Code section 87306 and 87306.5. Such determination shall include a description of the consultant's duties and, based upon that description, a statement of the extent of disclosure requirements. The (executive director's or executive officer's) determination is a public record and shall be retained for public inspection in the same manner and location as this conflict of interest code.
