The Employment and Human Services Department delivers ILSP services countywide with offices in Martinez(Central County), Contra Costa College (West County), and Los Medanos College(East County). ILSP also offers individualized services at homes and schools throughout the County. These unique ILSP contracts are funded by federal and/or private foundation grants.
