BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The Public Works Department has reviewed the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision 06-09054 and has determined that all conditions of approval required for final map approval have been satisfied. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The final map will not be approved.
