(District V) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The Offer of Dedication-Landscape Easement has been reviewed and processed by Public Works. This Offer of Dedication must be recorded in order for landscape improvements to be accessed by the County for Maintenance purposes. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Offer of Dedication-Landscape Easement will not be accepted for recording.
