These improvements are approximately located near Bollinger Canyon Road, Dougherty
Road and North Wedgewood Road.
The following document was presented for Board approval this date for Road Acceptance
05-01193 (cross-reference Subdivision 95-0'984), located in the San Ramon (Dougherty Valle-)
area.
A Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) with Shapell Homes. a Division
of Shapell Industries. Inc., a Delaware Corp.. developer. whereby said developer agrees to
complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision _agreement (Right-of-Way
Landscaping) within two rears from the date of said agreement. Improvements generally consist
of landscaping.
