In order to acquire the property necessary for the Adams Lane Extension. the Cit-of Brentwood has
requested the Count,, s approval of the acquisition. In giving its consent. the Count-is not making am_-
fmdins necessary to the adoption of a resolution for acquisition of property through eminent domain_ nor
is the County:akin,2 on an-,-duties or responsibility for such acquisition.
