SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution Number 20022, increasing the hours of position
#06670, Building Inspector II (FAVD) from 35/40 to 40/40.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Upon approval, this action will result in an annual cost of $3,889.00 and will be funded
through permit fees.
BACKGROUND:
The Department is requesting this action due to the increased number of inspections in
the past year and the need for additional hours from this position.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The consequence of negative action will result in Department's inability to effectively
provide inspection services to the community.
