I use the library quite a lot for business and pleasure and am very impressed with the systems, staff, and services. They do so much for those in the community that need it most and have really embraced the newer online services which are great. And they are so cost concious that they still save the rubber bands from the holding process. Talk about committment! Thanks again for providing such a great service to the community. It is a great asset for us all. Sincerely, Jeff Bennett <ccOCcontra.napanet. Nothing gets done down there with out constant voice from requesting parents, for instance I have not seen my children in almost two months, 'the children' Andreana & Quentin Garcia have not even seen their step-father once since their placement into the foster care system which was on September 14, 2005. Both of 'the children' have not seen their step brother, Greg or sister, Liz Fernandez since their placement either, I find this entire matter complicated to say the least but playing fair is playing fair. Certain rules and regulations are set forth by an highly educated and knowledgeable elected justice to protect the innocent, 'the children' , and their needs are not being met forth rite. What can if anything be done about this mess, I implore? I am fulfilling my end of the bargain, and so is my husband, Leopoldo Ayala Fernandez. I'm constantly being stifiled by an inept system, overwhelmed by unjust reprimand, completely discounted by uninformed workers & ask of you today what can you do for me? I have no place else to turn. there are no complaint boxes for me to turn my anger to. I am at the end of my rope figuratively speaking. My alternate defender, Stephanie Regular will not return my phone calls which were made out of frustration but urgency. So now I have exhausted every means of correspondence, out of complete and utter distress. I have made several such calls to her office in Martinez, Ca 94553 . Please help me, I am in dire need of assistance of any sort would prove most helpful, I thank .you in advance. Please keep in mind there are no perfect mother's or father's out ther in this miserable world, only parent's that will either stand up and fight for their children's rights, to be heard, or those parents who will continue to sink into their self made sorrow unwilling to speak for the jems God and themselves have only created.
