ADOPT a Resolution to terminate an Offer of Dedication of an area for park/open space purposes in the Oakley area. B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to record a ..certified copy of the Resolution in the office of the County Recorder. Financial lmpact: None Reasons for Recommendations and Background: CEQA was completed as part of subdivision 7562 and no additional review is required [SCH#92023048]. There is no reasonable probability that the County will accept the park/open space dedication into the County system,that no public money has been expended for maintenance of space, and that it is in the best interest of the County and the public that the offered area be privately owned and maintained. Consequences of Negative Action: The developer is going to grant the parcel to the Ho eowners Associatio for the Summer Lakes Subdivision and this dedication is an unnecessary encumbrance on the pro erty.
