The estimated project cost is $598,000, funded by legal compensation, previously deposited in Road Improvement Fee Fund 139200 (100%). REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS AND BACKGROUND: The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate and preserve existing roadway. The proposed project consists of repairing failed pavement, crack sealing, keycutting the pavement along gutter lips and conforms, removing pavement markers, installing a pavement reinforcing fabric and an asphalt concrete overlay on the existing pavement, and replacing pavement markers, and restriping. The streets to be rehabilitated are Powell Drive,Powell Court,Jill Avenue,Burdick Drive,Fletcher Street,Fletcher Court, Corliss Street, Caskey Street,Kelsey Court, Steffa Street,Dodd Court,Beaulieu Court,and Beaulieu Drive. One lane will remain open during construction activities to maintain general access. Emergency vehicles will have access at all times. Real property transactions may be necessary in support of this project. Trees and shrubbery may need trimming throughout the project area. No tree removal will be necessary. It can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant adverse effect on the environment.
