The proposed project consists of repairing failed pavement, crack sealing, keycutting the pavement along gutter lips and conforms, removing pavement markers, installing a pavement reinforcing fabric and an asphalt concrete overlay on the existing pavement, and replacing pavement markers, and restriping. The streets to be rehabilitated are Powell Drive,Powell Court,Jill Avenue,Burdick Drive,Fletcher Street,Fletcher Court, Corliss Street, Caskey Street,Kelsey Court, Steffa Street,Dodd Court,Beaulieu Court,and Beaulieu Drive. One lane will remain open during construction activities to maintain general access. Emergency vehicles will have access at all times. It can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant adverse effect on the environment.
