SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution Number 20135, CANCELLING one(1) permanent full time Health Services Special Projects Administrator(XQSM) position#7942 at salary level B851682 ($5,430-$6,600)[Unrepresented]and ADDING one(1)permanent full time Health Services Administrator-Level C(VANH) position at salary level B821723 ($5,826-$7,099) [Unrepresented] FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will result in an annual cost of $2,928.00 which will be funded by patient and third party revenue in Enterprise Fund I. This will result in no net county cost BACKGROUND: The Health Services Department is requesting the addition of a Health Services Administrator-Level C to plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative operations of the Finance Division of the Health Services Department. The incumbent will take on the duties of the vacant Health Services Special Projects Administrator position and, additionally, will be responsible for supervising administrative and program staff; participating in committee activities as needed; directing the preparation, allocation, and administration of the Division's Annual budget; and advising community advisory boards or interest groups regarding management and program activities.
