(District III) SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2006/ 74x4 for Subdivision 92-07143, accepting completion of improvements and declaring North Gate Woods Court as a county road,for project being developed byNorth Gate Woods,Inc.,Walnut Creek area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The improvements have been completed as of May 11, 2000 in a good workmanlike manner as required by the improvement plans and in conformance with County Ordinance Code. Acceptance of improvements has not been formalized due to accounting issues. The cash security bond will be used to offset Public Works costs. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement and performance surety bond will not be exonerated and the billing account will not be closed and liquidated.
