FINANCIAL IMPACT: , The financial impact of this board order recognizes additional claimed expenses drawn against all EHSD Bureau's and reallocated revenues revenues. No General Funds required. BACKGROUND: The Department requests that one Social Service Information Systems Analyst position be assigned to EHSD Administrative Services to support all EHSD Bureaus. This position is operationally necessary for duties such as analysis, extracts of data from EHSD systems, data transformation, create the architecture to support the reporting needs of the Department. The positions will support administrative decision making, tracking outcomes and performances, fiscal reporting, caseload management and data sharing and matching with other data. This staff position will ensure that the Department continues to meet deadlines and fully supports the efforts and systems mandated by Federal and State data reporting in providing services for the Contra Costa County population.
