BACKGROUND/REASON(S)FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The developer,Shaped Industries of Northern California,a Division of Shapell Industries,Inc.,has completed the park improvements per the Subdivision(Right-of-Way Landscaping)Agreement,and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The completion of improvements will not be accepted and thewarranty period will not begin.
