(District III) SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No 2005/ 7 for Subdivision 87-06648, refunding Cash Deposit for Performance, for project being developed by Shapell Industries of Northern California,San Ramon;area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR.RECOMMENDATION(S): The improvements in Subdivision 87-06648 have been completed, 'annexed to the City of San Ramon, and the project files have been transferred to the City of San Ramon.' CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION`: The developer, Shapell industries of Northern California, will not receive a refund of their cash bond.
