Conservation District,or designee,on behalf of the Contra Costa Clean Water Program,to execute
a contract amendment with Panagraph,Inc.,effective September 1,2004,to change the start date of
the contract from September 1, 2004, to October 1, 2004, Countywide. (Cities and County

111. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The current FY 04/05 contract with Panagraph, Inc. begins on September 1, 2004, overlapping
with the previous FY 03/04 contract which was amended to extend the termination date to
September 30, 2004. The FY 04/05 contract begin date must be amended to October 1, 2004 to
0
eliminate the overlap between the FY03/04 and FY 04/05 contract.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
Unresolved overlap in the FY03/04 amended contract and FY 04/05 contract precludes payment
for services from September I through September 30, 20040
